The Client
Our client is seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, professional Client Services Administrator with 2-3+ years experience to join their team on a permanent basis. This role reports to the Practice Manager and alongside other administration staff in supporting and assisting the Partners, Managers and Accountants.
The company is a Multi-Partner accounting practice who provide consulting services to a diverse and extensive client base across multiple industries.
This is a pivotal role within the company and the successful individual must have Accounting Practice experience, as well as being comfortable liaising with the company’s clients via phone and email.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Client work and lodgement scheduling
- Liaising with the ATO
- Managing client ASIC obligations and corporate secretarial matters
- Onboarding clients
- Collation of financial packages
- Set up of new companies
- Maintaining and updating client databases
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong client service and liaison skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational ability and high attention to detail
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experiencing liaising with ASIC and the ATO
- Must have prior experience in a similar client liaison role within a professional services firm, e.g. accounting or financial
