What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities

• Support departmental quality objectives and oversee the daily work and performance of quality engineers.
• Manage quality performance across incoming materials, manufacturing, product shipment and customer complaints.
• Drive CAPA, root cause analysis and improvement actions through to effective closure.
• Lead responses to customer complaints and significant internal quality issues, working closely with production and engineering teams.
• Liaise with the headquarters quality team to report local quality performance and implement quality strategies.

Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Engineering, Biotechnology or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 13485 medical device quality management systems.
• Practical experience in quality management, preferably within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating quality activities across production, engineering and other functions.
• Junior management-level candidates with strong technical quality experience and readiness to take on greater leadership responsibility are welcome to apply.
