Mills Recruitment is partnering with a well established medical device manufacturing company, to recruit a Quality Assistant Manager to strengthen its quality management function and support the delivery of consistent quality standards across its manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
- Support departmental quality objectives and oversee the daily work and performance of quality engineers.
- Manage quality performance across incoming materials, manufacturing, product shipment and customer complaints.
- Drive CAPA, root cause analysis and improvement actions through to effective closure.
- Lead responses to customer complaints and significant internal quality issues, working closely with production and engineering teams.
- Liaise with the headquarters quality team to report local quality performance and implement quality strategies.
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Engineering, Biotechnology or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 13485 medical device quality management systems.
- Practical experience in quality management, preferably within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience coordinating quality activities across production, engineering and other functions.
- Junior management-level candidates with strong technical quality experience and readiness to take on greater leadership responsibility are welcome to apply.
