What You Will Do

• Manage civil works including foundations, structural, architectural, and infrastructure components
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, cost, and housekeeping
• Coordinate civil activities with mechanical and electrical works
• Review drawings, technical documents, and engineering changes
• Handle site inspections, material approvals, and construction issue resolution

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least one completed civil project
• Experience in data centres or large industrial park projects
• Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Southeast Asia construction regulations

Skills and Attributes

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Solid planning and problem-solving ability
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
• Able to work on-site in Malaysia
• Basic English communication; Malay is an advantage
