Mills Recruitment is partnering with a leading aluminium and coatings company in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia to hire a Sales Manager – Finned Stock (Finstock). This mid to senior role focuses on driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing team in the Finstock division.
About the Role
The Challenge:
Lead and manage the Finstock division’s sales activities, achieving volume, margin, and revenue targets while ensuring long-term business sustainability through strategic planning and execution. Drive your team to deliver results, develop talent, and provide value-added solutions to customers.
The Opportunity:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Technical, Finance, and Marketing to shape the growth of the division. Travel globally as needed (~40%), engage with key accounts, and influence the expansion of products and services in existing and new markets.

What You Will Do
- Lead the sales team to service existing customers and develop new client relationships, supporting strategic growth.
- Oversee key account management, export operations, and business development initiatives for assigned accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and industrial opportunities to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across R&D, Technical, Marketing, Finance, and Procurement.
- Manage operational duties including proposals, product costing, order management, and deliverables.
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field.
- Experience in electronics, HVAC, manufacturing, automotive, or B2B trading industries preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in business development platforms, Microsoft applications, CRM systems, and AI-driven tools.
