Job Responsibilities
- Market Development:
Develop the Asia-Pacific market for UPS lithium battery products, increasing market share and sales volume. - Customer Relationship Management:
Engage with key clients through regular visits and on-site accompaniment, provide after-sales support, and maintain long-term, stable customer relationships. - Sales Information Management:
Conduct market research and analysis, plan sales networks and sales strategies, and support decision-making for R&D, procurement, and production. - Lead the from-zero-to-one strategic expansion of UPS lithium battery business in the Asia-Pacific region, with ownership of regional market planning and key customer partnerships, offering significant growth potential.
- Focus on high-growth sectors such as data centers, directly engaging with top colocation and hyperscaler clients, and building high-level industry resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with market-facing, R&D, and manufacturing teams, participating in product strategy and business decision-making to drive a closed-loop value chain.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering, science, or English-related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the UPS lithium battery sector, with existing data center customer resources.
- Responsible for Asia-Pacific markets and possess strong network of top colocation and hyperscaler clients
- Strong business negotiation and communication skills.
- Working remotely anywhere in Malaysia
