What You Will Do

• Lead surveying activities including control points, setting-out, and construction surveys 
• Process survey data and prepare reports and submission documents
• Review drawings and recommend construction improvements
• Verify site quantities and ensure survey accuracy
• Support measurement works for billing and project documentation

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Surveying or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ surveying experience in construction or municipal projects
• Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office
• Skilled with surveying instruments (total station, GPS, levels, etc.)
• Willing to work on project sites in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia

Skills and Attributes

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Organized with solid documentation practices
• Fluent in Mandarin, English; Malay is an advantage
