Danica has over six years of notable experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, with a background as a Recruitment Consultant handling a wide range of specialised roles.  She’s currently focused on engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and technical positions across Singapore and the wider SEA region. 

Passionate about helping people find the right opportunities, Danica takes pride in building meaningful connections and guiding candidates towards fulfilling careers. Now that she’s with Mills Recruitment, she’s looking forward to broadening her experience in recruitment and to continuing her commitment to delivering excellent candidate and client management.

Outside of work, Danica enjoys exploring new coffee shops and restaurants and spending quality time with her parents.
