What You Will Do

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and system workflows.
• Analyze business and system impacts, identify dependencies, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop test plans and test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide deployment support and post-implementation assistance to ensure smooth system stabilization.

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Solution Analysis, banking operations, or system development.
• Knowledge or experience in Functional Solution Analyst (FSA) responsibilities.
• Exposure to payment banking, including domestic or cross-border remittance, is an advantage.
• Accredited tertiary qualification.
