At Mills Recruitment, he leads strategy and service delivery across our agriculture and construction portfolios in New Zealand, ensuring that clients receive high-performing, people-first recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.

With a strong background in managing complex, multi-site operations, Rik plays a key role in aligning recruitment outcomes with business performance. He works closely with our Agri and Construction teams to support clients ranging from hands-on farm operations to large-scale food and processing facilities, covering everything from seasonal placements to permanent workforce planning.
