Ashley Cunningham is our longest serving employee, having joined the Mills team in 2014.

As our Office Administrator, Ash is our quiet achiever, working hard to ensure the timely delivery of finance services such as onboarding of new candidates, payroll, invoicing, document control and general office support.

Ash loves spending time with her family and dogs, but you might be surprised to know that she is a big adrenalin junkie, and loves anything that goes fast or gets the heart pumping with excitement – think motorbikes, quadbikes, drift trikes and zip lining!
