Mills Recruitment is partnering with a global engineering and energy solutions company to hire a Sales Manager – Overseas Business (HVAC) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role focuses on driving international project sales, developing key client relationships, and supporting end-to-end project delivery across overseas markets, including overseas assignments.

The Challenge:
Drive international sales growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing key client relationships, and independently achieving sales targets across assigned overseas markets.

What You Will Do
- Conduct market research and develop short- and long-term overseas market plans
- Identify, engage, and manage key clients through regular visits and technical discussions
- Drive international project opportunities, including planning and progress tracking
- Support contract bidding, negotiations, and project agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams during project execution and payment collection
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (HVAC, refrigeration, building environment)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within relevant industries
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, central air conditioning design, and related equipment
- Experience in international business, overseas markets, or project-based environments
- Proficient in CAD software and business tools
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin for client engagement and cross-border communication
- Willingness to travel and undertake overseas assignments
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Strategic mindset with strong market awareness and commercial acumen
- Confident in presentations, negotiation, and client-facing engagements
