What You Will Do
- Conduct site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and compliance gaps.
- Support risk assessments, HIRA, JSA, permit-to-work processes, and EHS programs.
- Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions, safety briefings, and awareness training.
- Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain EHS documentation, reports, training records, and inspection records.
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid DOSH-registered OSH Coordinator certification in Malaysia.
- 1 to 3 years of EHS experience within construction projects.
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction safety regulations, risk assessment, HIRA, PTW, and incident reporting.
- Experience in data center, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects is an advantage.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong communication and training facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong time management skills and willingness to be based on project sites.
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
