Chew Peck Lim brings over 15 years of recruitment experience to her role at Mills, specialising in mid to senior level roles across engineering, manufacturing and IT. Based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, she takes a headhunting-led approach to her work, supporting clients who prefer a discreet search and delivering outcomes built on trust, insight and technical understanding.

Originally trained in Chemical Engineering at the University of Oklahoma, Chew Peck was inspired to join the oil and gas industry by her sister, and later found her true calling in recruitment. Her technical background gives her a strong foundation to understand the roles she recruits for, and she’s known for being able to connect the right candidate to the right job with speed and precision.

CP joined Mills to align her career goals with her life goals, finding a place where she can thrive both as a recruiter and as a mum to her adult daughter. She’s passionate about helping people build their careers and takes pride in the impact she’s made on individuals and teams alike. Many of her candidates return years later to thank her for playing a role in their journey.

Outside of work, CP is always up for an adventure. She’s recently taken to pickleball, loves to travel, and never says no to a good shopping trip.
