What You Will Do

• Lead the design and deployment of machine learning and statistical models
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions with stakeholders
• Oversee end-to-end model lifecycle (data, build, deploy, monitor)
• Drive innovation by adopting emerging AI/ML tools and techniques
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and risk standards

Who We Are Looking For

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• 8-10 years’ experience in analytics/AI/ML, including leadership exposure
• Proven delivery of analytics solutions in banking or financial services
• Experience in regulated environments with governance compliance
• Certifications in Data Science, ML, or cloud platforms are a plus

 

 

• Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with big data and cloud ecosystems (e.g., Spark, AWS, Azure)
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Understanding of ethical AI and model governance
