This opportunity would suit an experienced PCB Assembler or Electronics Technician looking to step into a hands-on leadership position within a growing production environment.

About the Role
This position is a true hands-on leadership role, working approximately:
- 50% supervising and supporting the production team
- 50% operating and assisting within PCB assembly and electronics production
You will be responsible for leading a small team of approximately 4-5 staff while supporting daily production output, quality standards, workflow coordination, and technical guidance across the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a small PCB production and assembly team
- Assist in improving production output, workflow, and efficiency
- Maintain strong quality control and production standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Carry out hands-on PCB assembly and soldering duties
- Operate and assist with electronics manufacturing machinery and processes
- Work closely with management regarding production targets and scheduling
- Support continuous improvement across the production environment
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing experience
- IPC soldering experience (essential)
- Previous leadership, team leader, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of quality control within electronics manufacturing
- Ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to support and develop team members technically and operationally
