The Client
Our client is a fast growing, leading boutique accounting firm in Mount Lawley who have an excellent reputation with a high level of staff satisfaction and happiness. Providing ongoing training and development to all staff including supporting further education, they have built and retained their staff over the past 30 years and have a strong client portfolio of varied businesses.
The role provides support to one of the firms Directors and their team. This role will suit someone with background in a client services role within practice or a PA/EA from a legal or professional services background. The position is part of a strong administration team and reports to both the Director and Practice Manager.
Duties include but not limited to:-
- All areas of client service and administration
- Maintaining client information in MYOB, XERO and specialist systems
- Scheduling and booking client meetings in calendars
- Maintenance of compliant client files
- Raising of invoices to clients
- Processing of ASIC Annual Returns
- Management and lodgement of superfund tax returns
- Assist in the processing of corporate secretarial work including ASIC changes, etc.
- Preparing collation of completed client documents
- General office administration such as scanning, filing etc.
Essential skills/experience required are:-
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience working in a Client Services role within accounting practice, or from a legal or professional services background
- High level Word and Excel skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Great communication skills
