Mills Recruitment are working with a leading EPCM that is currently needing an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor

THE ROLE
Reporting into field construction management, you’ll supervise and coordinate subcontractor activity across planning, safety, quality and technical delivery. Day to day, that means:

• Monitoring subcontractor schedules, resourcing, and material and equipment requirements
• Reviewing construction methods and manning charts, and coordinating external interfaces so works align with the master schedule
• Verifying installation against drawings, specifications and vendor requirements
• Enforcing site policies, procedures and work rules
• Supporting field engineers, leading hands and craft professionals in interpreting engineering and vendor documentation
• Working with the design team on constructability

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Schedule 26 Statutory Electrical Supervisor qualification — essential
• Degree plus 8–10 years’ relevant experience, or 12–14 years’ experience without
• Detailed working knowledge of WA Electrical Safety Requirements
• Familiarity with the WHS Act (2020) and WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022
• Experience supervising and administering works contractors in an EPCM environment
• Solid grounding in Critical Risk Management and multi-discipline construction
• Australian working rights — no sponsorship available
