They have a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering culture, where senior engineers work closely with designers and other disciplines to solve real technical problems and deliver well-engineered plant.
Your New Role
As Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be a key part of the mechanical team delivering bulk materials handling systems, mineral processing plants and critical mine infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading mechanical engineering on bulk materials handling systems and equipment
- Contributing to the design of mineral processing plants and associated mine infrastructure
- Supporting projects across study, detailed design and execution phases
- Directing and checking the work of mechanical designers and drafters
- Working within a multidisciplinary team to integrate mechanical design with other disciplines
- Providing technical input to project deliverables, from concept through to construction support
About You
We are seeking a candidate with:
- 10+ years’ mechanical engineering experience on resources and mining projects
- Experience on resource development projects
- Strong engineering experience with bulk materials handling equipment and systems in mining and resources environments
- The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project team, including managing designers
- Full Australian working rights
Highly regarded:
- Experience on greenfield processing plant projects
