Kat brings over 11 years of experience in recruitment and operations, with a strong focus on agriculture, food manufacturing and white-collar hiring. For the past 3 years, she has specialised in staffing solutions across New Zealand’s primary industries, partnering with dairy, arable and horticultural businesses to support both seasonal and long-term workforce needs.

With a personable, practical approach and a deep respect for rural life, Kat has built lasting partnerships across the sector, from independent producers to major agribusinesses. She has secured multiple sole provider contracts with large-scale agricultural clients by consistently delivering dependable, people-focused hiring outcomes.

Kat thrives in the outdoors and spends much of her time travelling to meet clients on-farm, believing the best results come from understanding the land and the people behind it. Outside of work, she owns four horses and competes in dressage, which reflects her dedication, patience and discipline, qualities she brings to every client relationship.

She is also a passionate advocate for international recruitment, especially through New Zealand’s Working Holiday Visa programme.
