Samantha Ruddy joined the Mills Recruitment team at the end of 2016.

Leading the Finance team, Samantha is responsible for the delivery of finance services such as payroll, accounting, treasury, reporting, strategy,  budgeting, and insurance management, in accordance with legislative requirements and organisational policies and strategies.

Samantha has over 20 years’ experience in providing professional services across a broad range of finance areas including compliance, business process, business advisory and consultancy. Prior to joining Mills Resources, Samantha held senior finance positions working with not-for-profit organisations, Business Consultancy and Public Practice firms in Perth.

Samantha is a qualified CPA, holding a degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Taxation) and an Associate Diploma of Business in Accounting.

When she’s finished balancing the books, Samantha enjoys reading a good book and a good glass of red wine, when not being a mum to two busy teenage boys, and she’s always up for dancing, listening to music and watching a good live band!
