Administration Officer
Mills Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to join our client, a local government organisation based in the Eastern suburbs of Perth. This is a full-time role offering an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment within a stable and supportive environment.
About the Role
- Immediate start available
- 38 hours per week with weekend weighbridge relief work on a roster system
- Attractive pay rate of $43.75 per hour
- Potential for a permanent position for the right candidate
- Please note: No public transport or lunch facilities are available nearby
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Site Manager and Administration Coordinator, with tasks including:
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Performing a variety of general office duties
- Supporting debtors, creditors, and budget processes
- Handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Using Microsoft Office and in-house systems (Finance Synergy and Mandalay Weighbridge)
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong knowledge of office systems, procedures, and associated technologies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A professional, proactive, and positive attitude
- Current and valid WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence (or equivalent)
