Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email
- Provide regular updates and ensure a positive customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines and deliverables
- Manage scheduling, logistics and dispatch requirements
- Resolve client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in customer service, client liaison or administration
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- High level of organisation with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Competent in Microsoft Office and general systems
Highly regarded:
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, building or design environments
- Exposure to working with builders, architects or trades
