We’re transitioning from civils and structures into SMP (Site Management Plan) and electrical & instrumentation works, procurement is locked, and now it’s about execution, change management, and keeping delivery on track.
  
This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be embedded on site, interfacing directly with the project team, contractors, and client. You’re the person who knows every contract inside out, spots risks before they become problems, and manages change requests in a structured, systems-driven way.
  
This project is moving into its most complex phase. The civils are built; now you’re managing the integration, change, and delivery of systems and instrumentation works. The people who thrive here are the ones who see contract management as the backbone of delivery — not an obstacle to it.

What you’ll do:

• Own contract administration across multiple work packages
• Manage change orders, variations, and claims in a high-stakes environment
• Interface with procurement, project controls, and delivery teams
• Lead contract management delivery through SMP and E&I execution phases

  
Who You Are

• Hands-on contracts background with major projects (mining, EPCM, or similar)
• Process-minded: you like systems, structure, and knowing where things stand
• Strong communication, you can talk to contractors and client teams in their language
• Comfortable working in a delivery-focused environment where deadlines matter
