We’re on the hunt for an organised, practical, hands on Project Manager to join a busy maintenance team in Queenstown. This role suits someone who’s just as comfortable getting stuck into physical work as they are planning, scheduling and communicating with clients.
You don’t need to be a qualified builder, but you must bring solid all round handyman skills, basic carpentry experience and the drive to work through a task list independently.
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day maintenance projects across residential and commercial properties
• Carrying out general repairs, light carpentry, and hands-on work on site
• Scheduling jobs, coordinating materials and keeping the pipeline moving
• Using a CRM system to track job progress, updates and client communication
• Providing excellent customer service and keeping clients informed
• Working solo to complete tasks, while supporting the wider team when required

What we’re looking for:

• Strong handyman / maintenance background (carpentry experience ideal)
• Highly organised with strong communication skills
• Confident with scheduling, planning and CRM software
• Happy to get down and dirty to get the job done
• Self-motivated, efficient, able to work independently throughout the day
• Team player with a great attitude and commitment to quality work
• Must have full working rights in New Zealand and a valid NZ driver licence
