About the Role As the HSE Administrator, you’ll play a key part in keeping safety and compliance running smoothly. You’ll assist with documentation, audits, inductions, and incident tracking — helping ensure the team operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.
Your day will include:
- Maintaining HSE documentation, registers, and databases
- Coordinating training, inductions, and HSE communications
- Assisting with audit preparation, reporting, and follow-up actions
- Providing admin support for meetings, inspections, and site visits
- Acting as a helpful point of contact for HSE queries and information
What We’re Looking For We’re keen to connect with people who:
- Have previous experience in HSE support or administration (mining, engineering, or construction experience ideal)
- Enjoy creating order, accuracy, and clear records in busy environments
- Communicate confidently across teams and levels
- Have solid computer literacy and attention to detail
- Hold (or are working towards) a Cert IV in WHS or Business Administration
