Litigation Lawyer (2-4 PAE) | Boutique Litigation Practice 

Our client is a respected boutique Perth law firm seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join its growing disputes practice.

This opportunity would suit a lawyer with around 2-4 years’ post-admission experience and a solid grounding in litigation who is looking to accelerate their development in a firm where they’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one.

Working directly alongside the Principal, you’ll be exposed to a broad range of litigation matters and gain hands-on experience throughout the entire lifecycle of a dispute.

The Opportunity

You’ll work across a varied litigation practice, including:

• Civil litigation
• Contractual disputes
• Debt recovery
• Court appearances
• Negotiations and dispute resolution

This is not a role where you’ll spend years sitting behind layers of senior lawyers. You’ll work closely with an experienced litigator who values initiative, practical thinking and high-quality client service.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Approximately 2-4 years’ PAE
• A solid foundation in litigation
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Confidence managing files with appropriate supervision
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in litigation
