You’ll be operating a range of mobile equipment to manage material movement, feed the plant, and maintain stockpiles and pads. If you take pride in operating heavy machinery well and contributing to a reliable, safety-focused site, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate loaders and other mobile plant to move material across processing areas
• Harvest and stack product on drying pads
• Conduct moisture testing, batch sampling and liaise with truck drivers and contractors
• Maintain ROM areas, roads and stockpiles
• Support other areas of processing operations when required
• Uphold high safety and environmental standards every shift

What You’ll Bring

• Current Australian driver’s license
• RII-accredited Front End Loader ticket (essential)
• Proven experience operating loaders in a processing or mining environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude
• Commitment to safety and equipment care

Desirable (but not essential):
Tickets for Skid Steer, Telehandler, Dozer, Tractor or EWP, and certificates for Working at Heights or Confined Space.
