Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and optimise mineral processing plant operations.
• Maintain high safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Support the operations team in daily plant management.
• Participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

We’re Looking for you to have 

• Base metal and/or gold processing experience (preferred).
• Cert II in Process Plant Operations holders encouraged to apply.
• Current C Class manual driver’s licence.
• Valid National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
• Proven ability to work safely and efficiently.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical & drug/alcohol screen.

About the Operation

• Underground ore crushing & flotation.
• Concentrate thickening & filtration.
• Logistics network exporting concentrate through a major WA port.
• On‑site civil works and tailings management.
