Experienced purchasing/procurement professional required for a short-term assignment on a major mining project based in Brisbane, supporting the delivery of key procurement packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support tendering activities including RFQs, bid evaluation, negotiation and award of engineered equipment and bulk commodity packages
• Manage commercial and contractual inputs including pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions, and coordination with legal, engineering and project teams
• Prepare bidder documentation, facilitate clarifications, record negotiation outcomes, and ensure full audit-ready procurement records

What We’re Looking For

• Strong procurement/supply chain background within mining, resources or EPC environments
• Proven experience negotiating with OEMs and managing complex commercial packages
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced project environment on a short-term contract basis in Brisbane
