Working with clients across various industries and of varied size, the company has grown over time to incorporate all areas of accounting to include Corporate Finance. With substantial growth in the advisory nature of their work, a requirement for a Senior Analyst has been identified.
The Opportunity
Our client is currently seeking a commercially-minded Senior Analyst to join the Corporate Finance division which has seen growth over the past 3-4 years both in team numbers and clients.
The practice has a focus on clients with turnover between $10m – $300m including listed companies, private companies, NFPs, banks, private equity and government entities. This role will support the Partner and Management in the supply of corporate finance advice in areas including valuations, financial modelling, M&A, due diligence, IARs/IERs and litigation support.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- CA/CPA/CFA qualification
- 3+ years’ experience in an advisory or finance related role
- Experience working in a Big4 or Mid-tier firm would be preferred
- Proven interest in business and commercial transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
