We are partnering with a well-established Perth law firm seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their growing practice.
This is an opportunity to work directly alongside a highly respected Director with more than 25 years’ experience across Insolvency, Litigation and Commercial Law.
Known for delivering outstanding results for clients, the Director has built a strong reputation in the market through a practical, commercial approach and a leadership style centred on results, exceptional client service, and teamwork.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of complex commercial disputes and litigation matters, including:
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Insolvency and restructuring matters
- Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings
- Corporations Act disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Property and business-related litigation
- Alternative dispute resolution and court proceedings
You will have significant autonomy in managing matters while receiving direct mentorship and support from an experienced practitioner.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- 5+ years’ PAE with at least 2 years in commercial litigation
- Australian Working Rights
- Strong technical legal skills and commercial acumen
- Experience managing files autonomously
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- A collaborative and team-focused approach
- A desire to contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
- Admission to Practise in Australia
