What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the key contact for tenants, leaseholders, and stakeholders.
• Negotiating and managing leases, licences, and property agreements.
• Providing expert advice on property matters to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Driving improvements to property management practices and systems.
• Preparing high-quality reports and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Mentoring and supporting a small team member to deliver great outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience in property or lease management 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and balance competing priorities.
• Knowledge of property services and building asset management principles.
• A collaborative, professional approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A current WA driver’s licence.
• (A property management qualification is desirable, but not essential).
