Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing APAC recruitment team. This role will lead the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and stakeholder engagement through to offer management — while contributing to broader talent strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.
You’ll work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and the wider TA function to deliver proactive talent solutions, leveraging data, networks, and market insights to attract top talent across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, and key business stakeholders
- Develop targeted sourcing and networking strategies to identify and engage passive talent
- Provide market insights and strategic hiring advice to guide business decisions
- Promote a positive and inclusive candidate experience
About You:
- 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency)
- Skilled in passive sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate assessment
- Confident communicator with strong relationship management and problem-solving ability
- Experience supporting technical or project-based disciplines across APAC an advantage
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
