What You Will Do
- Manage salary accounting and payroll-related processes
- Analyze salary and welfare expense budgets and related data
- Support salary surveys and assist in developing compensation plans
- Ensure compliance with labor income tax, social insurance, and housing fund regulations
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits operations
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing plants (More than 500+ employees) preferred
- Practical experience in employee compensation management
- Fluent in English, Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
Skills and Attributes
- Strong data analysis skills with high numerical sensitivity
- Proficient in HRMS systems, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint
- Familiar with attendance management processes and CSR audit requirements
- Experience in foreign labor and stamp duty processes
- Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and strong in communication and coordination
