About the Role
The Challenge
Take ownership of mission-critical systems powering payment terminals and banking integrations. You will drive backend excellence while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability in a fast-moving fintech environment.
The Opportunity
Lead the development of robust platforms, shape system architecture, and work closely with banking partners and vendors. This is a hands-on role with real impact on high-volume transactional systems.

What You Will Do

• Design and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs for payment platforms
• Enhance and support Terminal Management Systems (TMS) performance and stability
• Lead integrations with banking systems, payment gateways, and POS platforms
• Collaborate with vendors and outsourced developers to deliver quality solutions
• Ensure system reliability, documentation, and compliance with security standards

 
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• 5-8 years’ experience in backend or software development
• Strong experience with APIs, system integration, and vendor collaboration
• Exposure to payment systems, fintech, or banking platforms
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies

 
Skills and Attributes

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and relational databases
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and full-stack environments
• Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external partners
• Detail-oriented with a focus on system stability and quality
