What You Will Do

• Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across the full SDLC
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, integration)
• Drive functional and non-functional testing, including performance and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery cycles
• Mentor junior engineers and promote QA best practices

 
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 6+ years in software testing and quality engineering
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
• Strong knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, and testing frameworks
• Experience in banking or financial services environments

Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with API and microservices testing
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
• Familiarity with performance and defect management tools
• Understanding of DevOps, cloud, or container technologies
