Lead a high-performing metal fabrication manufacturing plant, ensuring excellence across production, quality, safety, maintenance, and operational efficiency while driving continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end plant operations, including production, maintenance, engineering, quality assurance, and logistics.
• Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Champion workplace safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to Malaysian regulations and industry standards.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
• Develop and motivate production teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in metal fabrication, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience managing metal fabrication operations and production planning.
• Strong track record in leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Familiar with Malaysian manufacturing regulations, labour laws, and workplace safety requirements.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong leadership with a hands-on management approach.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of quality management and manufacturing best practices.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential; Mandarin is advantageous as requires to communicate with stakeholders from China
