Mills Recruitment is partnering with an established HVAC coil manufacturer based in Selayang Baru, Kuala Lumpur, to recruit a Supply Chain Manager / Assistant Manager
This role offers the opportunity to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations and play a key role in enhancing procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics performance in manufacturing business.

What You Will Do

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, warehousing, distribution)
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage supplier relationships and inbound logistics partners
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Analyse data and report supply chain performance

Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 6-8 years’ experience in supply chain management
• Experience managing operations and teams
• HVAC industry experience is an added advantage
• Familiarity with MRP or ERP systems
• Knowledgeable in LME is a plus 
• Willing to work on alternate Saturdays for half a day in Selayang Baru, KL
