About the Roles
We have multiple opportunities across maintenance and engineering functions, including:

• Industrial Electricians / Electrical Maintenance Engineers
• Mechanical Maintenance Engineers
• Fitters & Turners (precision machining experience a bonus)
• Mechatronics / Multi-Skilled Engineers
• Plant & Process Technicians
• Preventative Maintenance & Reliability roles

These roles focus on keeping production equipment running efficiently through a mix of preventative, breakdown, and improvement work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshooting and repairing machinery in a fast paced production environment
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment
• Supporting process improvements and equipment upgrades
• Diagnosing mechanical/electrical faults
• Ensuring downtime is minimised during shifts
• Working safely within food grade, FMCG, or industrial compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally bring:

• A relevant trade qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, Fitting/Turning, Mechatronics, Engineering)
• Hands-on experience in FMCG, food processing, industrial plants, packaging, or manufacturing
• Strong fault finding skills across mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• A proactive approach to maintenance and machinery care
• Health & Safety awareness and a commitment to doing things right
