We’re looking for motivated and reliable people to join us in supporting our client, a leading New Zealand dairy and nutrition company, at their modern processing facility near Rolleston. You’ll be part of a busy production team helping to keep operations running smoothly across multiple departments.

Shifts & Rotations
2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off
Day shift: 5.45am – 6.15pm
Night shift: 5.45pm – 6.15am
Plenty of overtime available on your 4 days off.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production line machinery
- Machine operation including filling machines, case packers, and palletising robots
- Sorting, packing, sampling, and quality checks
- Assisting with general production line duties
- Managing damaged or wasted product
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
- Following all food safety and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Honest, reliable, and motivated team players
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
- Responsive in communication – answers emails and texts promptly to pick up additional shifts
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and MOJ check
- Flexible and available for day, night shift, weekends and public holidays
- Availability to pick up shifts at short notice
- Full Drivers License
- Valid working rights in New Zealand
