About the Role As the Foreman’s second-in command, you’ll help lead site operations, coordinate and support crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll be confident taking the reins when the Foreman is unavailable and comfortable working alongside a diverse range of people and trades.
What You’ll Bring
- Current LBP qualification
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial construction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Confidence stepping up to lead site activities when required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to both give and receive feedback constructively
- A strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively within diverse teams
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet project deadlines
- Health & Safety focused mindset
