What You Will Do – Identify market gaps and develop new fintech service offerings
– Lead product innovation from concept to MVP and pilot testing
– Build and execute a data-first strategy to unlock new revenue streams
– Establish frameworks to test, scale, or pivot new initiatives
– Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive ecosystem growth

Who We Are Looking For Preferred Qualifications
– Experience building or scaling products, ideally in fintech or SaaS
– Strong understanding of data-driven business models
– Exposure to regulatory environments (e.g., BNM or similar frameworks)
– Proven ability to lead innovation or transformation initiatives
– Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
 
Skills and Attributes
