What You Will Do

• Develop and integrate LLM-based AI models into applications
• Optimize AI systems for performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects on model training strategies
• Test, validate, and ensure quality of AI solutions
• Write clean code, document systems, and contribute to code reviews

Who We Are Looking For Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Advanced studies in ML, Data Science, or Computational Linguistics (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and transformer-based models
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Certifications or proven expertise in AI/ML technologies 

Skills and Attributes

• Strong Python skills with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
• Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and tokenization
• Knowledge of prompting, fine-tuning, and in-context learning techniques
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
