What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with business units to fulfil hiring needs
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates across diverse sectors and functions
- Improve recruitment processes, policies, and systems
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries or functions
- Strong background in sourcing for senior and support roles
- Experience in high-volume or corporate recruitment is an advantage
Skills and Attributes
- Strong sourcing and talent identification skills
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Resourceful, proactive, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Quick to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
