With over eight years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Administration, Jane brings a strong people-focused and results-driven approach to her role as a Recruitment Specialist based in Malaysia, Cyberjaya.

She began her career in 2016 managing the full spectrum of HR functions before discovering her passion for recruitment. After relocating from Kuala Lumpur to Banting in 2019, she joined a start-up paper manufacturing company from China, where she gained hands-on experience in mass hiring and workforce planning. The role also gave her exposure to cross-border recruitment and operations in China.

Since then, Jane has developed expertise across the Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and Corporate sectors. Known for her adaptability and commitment to quality, she takes pride in matching the right talent with the right opportunity and building long-term relationships that drive business success.
