What You Will Do
- Drive overall business development targets, budgets, and growth objectives
- Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term business development strategies
- Lead new customer acquisition, proposals, costings, and order management activities
- Identify growth opportunities across new products, regions, and strategic investments (M&A, JV, partnerships)
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to inform strategic decisions
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
- Master’s degree is an advantage
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
