You will be a named Company Secretary, working closely with boards, regulators, and clients, while building deep expertise across Malaysian company law and regional governance matters.

What You Will Do
Key responsibilities
- Act as named Company Secretary under SSM and sign statutory filings
- Prepare and lodge annual returns, resolutions, and statutory forms
- Maintain statutory registers in compliance with the Companies Act 2016
- Support Board, AGM, and EGM meetings including minutes and resolutions
- Liaise with SSM and relevant regulatory authorities
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred qualifications
- MAICSA-qualified with a valid practising licence recognised by SSM
- Approved to act as Company Secretary in Malaysia
- 2-6 years’ experience in corporate secretarial practice
- Hands-on experience with Companies Act 2016 compliance
- Background in in-house or professional firm environments
