Mills Recruitment is supporting a valued client in the mining services space in their search for a Contracts/Commercial Administrator to join the team in the Perth area.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting vendor onboarding and supplier setup processes
- Managing documentation, compliance and contract records
- Assisting with the implementation and administration of a contract management system
- Reviewing supplier terms & conditions and commercial documentation
- Preparing and coordinating future tender and sourcing packages
- Maintaining accurate contract registers, databases and reporting
- Providing general commercial and administrative support to the broader team
About You
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a contracts administration role within mining or mining services
- Relevant tertiary qualification are desirable, such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial or Law.
- Strong understanding of contracts, commercial documentation and compliance processes
- Comfortable working across both complex priorities and hands-on admin tasks
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proactive and display initiative
