We’re a mature, high-performing team that knows the WA market inside out — and as client demand continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established portfolio of clients.

About the role
Working with our established clients, you’ll blend hands-on recruitment with genuine client and account management — owning relationships, delivering on briefs, and becoming a trusted partner to the businesses you support.
This is more than a desk. We see this role developing into a Lead position for the mining and manufacturing sector, so we’re looking for someone with deep market knowledge who’s ready to grow with us and eventually help shape the direction of the team.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with an established client base
• Run the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening and placing across blue- and white-collar roles
• Act as a trusted advisor on talent, market trends and hiring strategy
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent network
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and add value for clients

About you

• Proven recruitment experience within mining, manufacturing, resources or a related technical sector
• Deep knowledge of the WA market — clients, candidates and the trends shaping both
• A strong track record of billing and meeting/exceeding targets
• Confident managing established client relationships and accounts
• Self-motivated, resilient and commercially savvy
• Ambitious, with the drive to step into a leadership role over time
