We’re working with a major engineering project and are looking to speak with experienced Contract Managers who have a strong background in pre-award, tendering and contract formation on large EPC or infrastructure projects.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead the commercial delivery of major contract packages, working closely with engineering and project teams from tender through to contract administration.

The Role You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the tendering, evaluation and award of major contract packages
• Preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial and contractual documentation
• Managing contract administration throughout project delivery
• Developing contract strategies and supporting commercial negotiations
• Managing variations, claims, budgets and commercial risk
• Working closely with engineering and project delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with contractual, legal and company requirements

About You You’ll bring:

• 10+ years’ experience managing contracts on major EPC, construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong experience in tendering, contract formation and pre-award activities
• Excellent commercial writing and contract drafting skills
• Experience managing variations, claims and contract risk
• The ability to build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Law or a related discipline (preferred)
